At Deenie's we do our best to make our clients feel as comfortable as possible. We have have done our best to ensure a comfortable visit for your pet by employing only the experienced, knowledgeable, and caring staff. We feel that this is highly important. Since our clients can't tell us how they feel, we must adjust to them.
Deenie Sullivan-Master Groomer , Deenie is a certified Master Groomer, and has been servicing pet owners in Bloomington/Normal for 24 years. She graduated from International Pet Institute, and began working for Ken Busher.
After a few years of experience at a grooming facility, Deenie decided to start her own
grooming shop. She has had her own grooming business since 1983. As the years have gone by, Deenie has expanded her services to daycare and boarding. In 1999 Deenie opened her first boarding facility. Although it was a huge success, the building was not properly located, and was influenced by the city to keep the dogs indoors or move.
After years of searching and many town council meetings, Deenie has found the perfect location to build a new grooming, boarding, and daycare facility. This is a 7500 square foot, state-of-the-art business designed with your pets best interest in mind.
The building includes heated floors in the kennels, indoor/outdoor runs, large outside play areas with playground equipment, an outdoor bone-shaped swimming pool (the only one of it's kind in the area),and indoor play area. Our grooming area was designed to ensure a stress-free environment for your pet away from the boarding and daycare area. Our facility has a separate geriatric ward for the elderly and special-needs pets.
